How I Won a Trinity Award!

On the 17th of May 2022, I won the Salters Sterling Leadership Award, presented by the Trinity Access Programme.

The Salters Sterling Leadership Award is given to students who show leadership and promote the inclusion and wellbeing of peers and students within their school community, both in and out of the classroom.

During my time in school, I have made an effort to work with students who are new and who need peer support. I experienced moving to Ardscoil la Salle in second year and found it really daunting. This has made me want to help students in the same position.

The award ceremony took place on Tuesday the 17th of May at 6:30pm in the Stanley Quek theater in the Trinity Biomedical science institute on Pearse Street.

Eleven lucky students were able to achieve these awards! These students are:

Faith and Natalia in First year

Juliette and DJ in Second year

Emma and Dean in Third year

Chloe in Ty

And

Brad, Emily, Daisy and Nikola in Fifth year.

These students represented the school very well, they wore their full school uniform and their behaviour was impeccable.
